OFFICE OF ALLTHE YEAR ROUND

Wednesday Twenty Eighth September 1859

My Dear Sir Henry Ellis

A gentleman who also contributes to this Journal – Mr Hollingshead2 by name – has an idea that he could write a pleasant fanciful paper on the British Museum on an off-day, when the Public are not there. If it should not be inconsistent with your arrangements to give him the means of going through the Museum under such circumstances, I shall feel much indebted to you for kindly giving him

Very faithfully Yours

CHARLES DICKENS
